Soft Pearly Chrome Powder Blue

Hailey Bieber's chrome nail look is taking the world by storm! Recreate the look by using our pearly chrome pigment powder.

How to use? 

The pearly pigment powder is rubbed into a no wipe top. First apply the color you want to use as the base for this pigment. Then cure the no wipe top for 30 seconds before using an applicator or your finger to rub in the pigment. Then finish with a topcoat.
