Orders placed on working days are delivered to PostNL the following day, subject to transport and stock. 
Shipments are Signature for Delivery Only Delivery Address 
Your order will be delivered by PostNL. 
You can track your shipment via the Track & Trace service from PostNL 
You will receive the barcode of your package by e-mail, which you will receive once your order has been shipped.

Returns

Not satisfied with your products? It is possible to return products to us. Exceptions to this are products with hygienic grounds and opened materials. Products that are unopened / sealed can be returned. You can do this in your account by clicking on the order whose products you want to return. If you do not have an account with us, you can send us an E- mail with which products you want to return. Not sure if a product can be returned? Even then you can contact us first. Contact or through your account tickets
